Shipping Methods

We ship orders via GLS or PostNord. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on our production capacity and the courier's scheduled routes. We aim to deliver within 5-10 business days after order confirmation, but this may vary. You will receive a tracking link via email when your package is shipped.

Insurance

All packages are automatically insured for their value. If your package is damaged or lost in transit, contact us with documentation, and we will help file an insurance claim.

Returns

For returns, please contact us at h.beck@makerfactory.dk. We will provide instructions, and you send the package back at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
