Do you have questions about journeyman gifts, ordering, engraving or delivery? We are happy to help — both private individuals, companies and retailers. We answer all enquiries within one business day.

What can we help with?
We receive enquiries about many different things. Here are the most common:
- Choosing a journeyman gift — unsure which figure or size fits best? Tell us the trade and your relation to the recipient, and we will help you choose.
- Personal engraving — questions about characters, text and what fits on the base. We are happy to help formulate a good engraving text.
- Delivery time and deadlines — do you have a specific date for the graduation ceremony? Write to us, and we will confirm whether we can make it.
- Corporate orders — invoice payment, volume discount and standing agreements for companies that train apprentices. See also our company page.
- Retailer enquiries — gift shops, ironmongers and trade unions wishing to stock our figures. See our retailer page.
- Returns and complaints — we have a 90-day return policy and 2-year warranty. If something has gone wrong, we fix it quickly.
Time-sensitive orders
Is the graduation ceremony in a few days and you are unsure whether we can make it? Write clearly in your message when the gift is needed — we prioritise time-sensitive enquiries and respond quickly. Without engraving we typically deliver within 1–3 business days, with engraving 2–5 business days.

If you send an email, you will receive an automatic receipt and a personal reply from Henrik within one business day. We do not use standard templates — we read your message and answer exactly what you ask. If your enquiry is an order or a request for invoice payment, we send a confirmation with all details so you know exactly what happens and when.
If you are unsure what to write, start with the most important: when is the graduation ceremony, and which trade. Everything else we can clarify along the way. We are used to helping people who are not sure what to choose — it is a large part of our daily work.

You can also follow Udlært on social media, where we regularly share news about journeyman gifts, craft traditions and updates from the range. However, we are quickest to reach by email or phone if you have a specific enquiry about an order.
Questions about specific trades
We regularly receive questions about which trades we have figures for, and whether we can make figures for trades not yet in the range. Currently we produce journeyman gift figures for carpenter, bricklayer, electrician, plumber, blacksmith and mechanic. If you are looking for another trade, you are welcome to ask — we note the demand and use it actively when we decide which trades to expand with next time.
Many who contact us are parents or spouses who want to give something special to the newly qualified — and who are not quite sure whether they are choosing the right size or the right engraving text. Write to us with your question, and we will give you a concrete answer based on the situation — it is the kind of guidance we give every day, and it costs nothing to ask.
